The sleeping arrangements include one queen bedroom and two full bedrooms, with four twin beds spread across the second floor and attic. For entertainment, the attic area includes a second TV, perfect for winding down after a day in the sand. The home provides 2.0 bathrooms: the main full bathroom is located on the second floor, while a second full bathroom with a shower is situated down a set of cellar stairs, offering added convenience for larger parties.

The main floor beautifully blends historic character with modern convenience. The kitchen area is equipped with a touchscreen dishwasher, microwave, oven, and Keurig to make meal prep a breeze. Guests can stay connected and entertained with provided WiFi and a television.
