The sleeping arrangements include a queen bed and ensuite bathroom in the apartment-side bedroom, a second bedroom featuring two full-size beds, a third bedroom on the marsh side with a queen-size bed, and a fourth bedroom offering a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with beautiful marsh views. The three bathrooms provide convenience through a mix of large stand-up showers and tub/shower combos.

Outside, you can revel in the serenity of the private yard, which is complete with outdoor furniture for lounging and soaking in the surrounding natural beauty. For entertainment and dining, guests can enjoy the gas grill and the permanent shuffleboard court. To make your seaside visit effortless, beach supplies are provided for your days at the shore.

Located on a side street in a quiet neighborhood, the home is just a very short walk to the pristine shores of the incredible Footbridge Beach.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Access is provided via a secure smart lock with a unique guest code. Please note that pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. During peak season, a 7-day minimum stay from Saturday to Saturday is required. While the home does not have air conditioning, the cool coastal breezes provide a refreshing atmosphere. Guests must sign a separate rental agreement with Maine Street Property Management to complete their reservation. Please be aware that the home is not allergen-free.
