The heart of the home is a country kitchen equipped with double ovens to assist with breakfast preparations for the whole group.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home is thoughtfully equipped for a coastal stay. Guests can enjoy the convenience of window air-conditioning units in the living room and three of the bedrooms (available seasonally from Memorial Day through September). For entertainment and utility, the home provides cable TV and free WiFi, though guests should note that internet service in the Southern Maine coastal area can occasionally be intermittent during inclement weather.

Step outside to the private patio for a board game or enjoy a seasonal meal prepared on the gas grill. For those heading to the coast, the home provides four beach chairs located in the closet near the back door, and a washer/dryer is available for refreshing your beach towels between trips to the sand.

The property maintains a strict no-pets policy. Guests should note that the fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is not functional. Due to the natural environment of Southern Maine, seasonal insects are common; while monthly pest control is provided, guests are encouraged to bring bug spray. Your stay includes a Damage Waiver covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage.
