Sleeping up to 12 guests, the home is thoughtfully arranged over two floors. The first floor hosts the living and dining area, where a charcoal grey L-shaped sofa bed with yellow cushions provides a comfortable lounging spot, complemented by a folding table that extends to seat 10 people. This level also features a fully stocked kitchen with yellow tiles, white gloss units, a four-ring ceramic hob, a small oven, a fridge with a separate freezer, and a slimline dishwasher. Bedroom 1 is also located here, offering a zip and link bed (double or two singles), a cosy window seat, and a feature fireplace. A separate WC with a wash basin serves this floor.

The second floor contains the remaining sleeping quarters and bathrooms. Bedroom 2 accommodates three guests with a zip and link bed and an additional single bed, accented by silky red cushions. Bedroom 3 also sleeps three, featuring a single bed and a zip and link bed with cool drop cap lights and a smart, contemporary look in deep blue and monochrome. Bedroom 4 features a copper frame double bed and a quirky chest of drawers. The floor is completed by two bathrooms: one with a shower and wash basin, and a second featuring a large walk-in shower.

Located in the eclectic Kemptown quarter, you are surrounded by Brighton's most colourful independent shops, cafes, and pubs. The property sits directly above The Mucky Duck, a laid-back independent pub offering live music and quiz nights. While the area is lively and vibrant, noise is kept minimal.
