• Restrictions: Family pets are not permitted (service animals are welcome); bringing a pet will result in a Room Recovery Fee.
• Important Notes: Villas are not adjoining. Please be aware that between Aug. 12, 2024, and Dec. 18, 2024, the resort will undergo villa refurbishment, which may result in daytime construction noise.
• Taxes: A Hawaii state occupancy tax, ranging from $10 to $27 per night based on villa size, is payable at check-out.
