• Direct Booking: 10% non-refundable deposit due at booking; balance due 90 days prior to arrival
• OTA Booking: Full refund if cancelled within 60 days; no refunds within 60 days of arrival
• Seasonal Dates: Peak Season (March 15-April 20, June 1-Aug 31, Nov 18-30) and Holiday (Dec 15-Jan 10)
• Fees: Total stay fee includes comprehensive cleaning, administrative fees, trust and safety insurance (up to $10,000), and access to an award-winning concierge service. Mid-stay cleans are not included.
• Taxes: 14% TAT, 4.712% GET, and a 3.9% card processing fee apply.
