The main house boasts an open living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The master suite offers a king bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a double shower, while the additional bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds. Every room is outfitted with a Smart TV and closet space.

The heart of the villa is the expansive outdoor area, featuring one of the largest private pool and patio setups in the city. Guests can enjoy a 30ft private pool with built-in steps, a large covered lounge with comfortable seating, and sun loungers for poolside relaxation. For entertainment and dining, the space includes a ping pong table, an outdoor dining table for group meals, and a BBQ grill with an outdoor sink, all nestled within a fully enclosed, private tropical setting.

Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, you are only a 2-minute walk from Ocean Park Beach and public tennis courts. Local cafés, top restaurants, and nightlife are all within walking distance, while a running track and public playground are just 4 minutes away. The villa is also a short drive from the vibrant districts of Condado, Isla Verde, and Old San Juan.

Practical details include check-in starting at 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. For your peace of mind, the home is equipped with a full power backup generator and a backup water cistern. Driveway parking is available for 2 cars (please note the garage is used for storage). Pets are not allowed. As this is a private residence in a residential area, loud music, parties, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to be respectful of noise levels to maintain the neighborhood's tranquility.
