Both upstairs rooms provide access to a covered deck complete with cozy egg chairs and lounge furniture.

Inside, the two-story living room boasts expansive windows that frame the surrounding water, while the fully stocked kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. A convenient half bath serves the main level. The outdoor living spaces are truly extraordinary, featuring three covered patios and decks. The ground-level entertaining area includes mechanical screens, a full outdoor kitchen with two refrigerators, an ice maker, a grill, a bar with barstools, and two TVs. Guests can relax in the sun loungers or club chairs, or step out onto the private sandy beach where the water remains shallow for 50 yards—perfect for wading and floating.
