Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a bathroom featuring updated tile flooring and a new shower as of July 2025. Please be advised of the Seawall and Canal Repair Projects. From December 17, 2025, through mid-September 2026, guests may experience construction noise and limited parking along the canal Monday through Friday, generally between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Specifically, from August 10 through September 30, 2026, some rock restoration may occur as early as 6:00 AM.
