The accommodation is thoughtfully arranged to maximize space for groups and families. It features one bedroom containing one bed, complemented by a cozy loft with three additional single beds. For extra flexibility, the living room includes a sofa bed, allowing the property to accommodate up to 6 guests. The layout is completed by one bathroom featuring a refreshing shower and a separate toilet, while the fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials needed for your stay.

Guests can take advantage of a variety of shared facilities and services to enhance their holiday experience:

• Shared swimming pool with fun slides for kids (open from May 1st to September 30th)

Practical information for your stay: Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Please be aware that a compulsory lodging deposit ranging from 300€ to 500€ is required per stay. A visitor's tax for adults is payable on site according to current rates. Additional optional services include cot rentals starting at 35€ per stay and Wifi access from 15€ per week. Guests are reminded that final cleaning is a paid service (excluding the kitchenette). To maintain the quality of the home, guests must either clean the accommodation or subscribe to the cleaning service before departure. Please note that pets are not allowed, and guests should bring their own sheets and towels, though kits may be provided at an extra cost subject to availability.
