Guests have access to several shared facilities to ensure a seamless stay. This includes a newly renovated kitchen on the ground level and a common area laundry room with a washing machine. There are two shared bathrooms located on the upper level, accessible by stairs. For those preferring ground-level access, there is an additional outdoor enclosed toilet and shower, though this requires stepping outside through the back door. You are also welcome to enjoy the garden area.

You are less than a one-minute walk from Jetty Road's diverse cafes and restaurants, a two-minute stroll to Woolworths and Coles, and just five minutes from the famous Glenelg beach and jetty.
