The interior is designed for ease and relaxation, highlighted by a newly remodeled kitchen boasting elegant granite countertops. For your convenience, the unit includes a washer and dryer. Stay entertained and cool with new flat-screen TVs with cable in both the living room and master bedroom, a split A/C system in the living room, and refreshing fans located in every room. To keep you connected and entertained, the space also provides WiFi and a stereo with an iPod dock.

Beyond the front door, you will find a wealth of exceptional property features. Enjoy a dip in the pool, located right next to the beach and open from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Explore the historically important 16th-century Alii (Royal) Fish Pond of Kalepolepo directly in front of the building, where offshore reefs provide safe swimming for children and those avoiding heavy surf. For recreation, visit the shuffleboard area on the north side of the building or the large grassy area perfect for playing catch.

Take your experience to new heights at the roof sunbathing area with abundant lounge chairs or the roof barbecue area, equipped with propane-fueled grills and picnic tables offering fabulous sunsets and views of the entire south shore of Maui. Additional options include beach barbecues located between the pool and the fish pond, and the convenience of dining at Monsoon India. Free on-grounds parking is provided in the center of the building and is regularly patrolled by security.
