The sleeping arrangements include three comfortable king bedrooms, a flexible trundle room, and a dedicated bunk room with two full bunkbeds that is always a hit with kids and teens. The master suite serves as a true retreat, boasting a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a glass-enclosed shower featuring dual shower heads.

Guests can spread out across two separate living areas—one upstairs and one downstairs—which are ideal for movie nights, game nights, or relaxing after a day of adventure. For those seeking entertainment, the game room is equipped with an Xbox connected to a massive 98" TV, perfect for group hangouts. Location & Neighborhood The home is nestled in the quiet, small-town community of Hyde Park, just minutes from Logan and the heart of Cache Valley. It is also a convenient base for visiting Utah State University (USU) for graduation or Aggie game days. Winter visitors will enjoy proximity to Beaver Mountain Ski Resort and Cherry Peak Resort, while summer travelers are roughly an hour from the turquoise waters of Bear Lake.
