📝 Additional Rules (The Detailed Text Block) 💡 Welcome to the Basecamp! We have poured our hearts (and a major renovation) into making this the ultimate family retreat. We ask that you treat our home, our custom amenities, and our wonderful neighbors with the highest level of respect.
🤫 1. Neighborhood & Quiet Hours Strict Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Arvada has strict local noise ordinances. All outdoor music, loud talking, and lawn activities must move indoors by 10:00 PM.
Be a Good Neighbor: This is a peaceful residential neighborhood. Please keep outdoor voices at a reasonable volume during the day. Disrespectful behavior or noise complaints will result in the immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.
No Unregistered Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time unless explicitly approved in writing beforehand.
🏊 2. Pool, Spa & Sauna Safety Swim at Your Own Risk: No lifeguard is on duty.
Strict Child Supervision: Children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times when in the backyard or near the pool/spa.
No Glass: Absolutely no glass bottles, cups, or plates are allowed in the backyard, pool area, or on the Polywood deck furniture. Plastic and acrylic drinkware are provided in the kitchen.
Sauna Use: Please review the safety instructions posted by the sauna. Ensure it is turned off completely after every use.
🛝 3. Indoor Slide, Arcade & Theatre Care Tube Slide Rules: One person at a time. Feet first only. Please ensure the landing area is completely clear before sliding.
Arcade & Theatre: No food or sticky drinks are allowed while playing the arcade games or sitting in the theatre rows. Please treat the equipment gently so the next family can enjoy it too!
🧹 4. Care of the Home Wipe Your Feet: Colorado weather can change fast! Please leave muddy boots or snowy shoes at the entryway.
Grill Care: If you use the outdoor grill, please scrape down the grates and turn off the gas tank completely when finished.
Trash & Recycling: Please place all trash in the designated outdoor bins. If your stay spans a trash collection day, we will let you know ahead of time.
