GENERAL

1. "Quiet time". Please respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. At other times, please keep noise (voices, television, stereos) to a minimum so that it does not disturb your neighbors.

2. Pool (if available): Please abide by the posted pool hours. Proper swim attire is mandatory. Please shower off sand and salt water prior to entering the pool. Please do not enter the pool with suntan oil, ointments, hairpins or other small objects that could clog the filtration system and could result in the inconvenience of a pool 'shut down.' For the same reason, glass containers or bottles are not permitted in the pool or spa area. Please abide by the pool maximum occupancy. Smoking is not permitted around or near the pool or spa area.

3. Swimming: There is no life guard on duty; swimming is at your own risk. Please do not sit or stand on the spa wall as you could slip and injure yourself. Infants and those with limited swimming ability must be monitored by an adult. Individuals with medical problems and infants are not permitted in the spa. Please read and comply with the posted pool and spa rules

4. Guests: Vacationers are limited to two guests and must be accompanied by a registered adult vacationer when using the pool or spa. Overnight guests are not permitted.

5. Emergency: In case of an emergency, call the police, fire department or ambulance service by dialing 911.

LAWN AREA

1. Lounge chairs: The lounge chairs cannot be reserved. Please do not take them to the beach or onto the pool deck.

2. Games: Games which may endanger others or interfere with the enjoyment of others are not permitted in the lawn area.

3. Animals/birds: To avoid rodents and other pests, please do not feed birds or other stray animals.

4. Flowers: The flowers are for the enjoyment of all, so please enjoy but do not pick them.

5. BBQ: Outdoor barbecuing is permitted only at the barbecue grills.

WITHIN THE UNIT

1. Trash: Please bag all trash. First floor occupants: please dispose of bagged trash in the designated trash area.

2. Kitchen disposal: Pouring grease into the kitchen disposal creates plumbing problems. Please refrain from doing so; your cooperation is appreciated.

3. Lanai: Towels, bathing suits or other items may not be hung from the lanai railings, nor are items to be dropped from the lanai. With the exception of small candles no open flames are permitted on the lanais.

4. Noise: Shouting or yelling from the lanai is a disturbance to others and is not permitted.

PARKING LOT

1. All vehicles must be registered with the Front Desk and a parking permit will be issued. All vehicles must have current registration and safety tags.

2. Only one parking permit (permanent or temporary) will be issued at anyone time for each apartment. Vehicles without valid parking permits will be towed at violators or owners expense.

3. No parking space may be used for the storage of an owner or tenant's inactive car unless approved by the Resident Manager in accordance with guidelines established.

4. Vehicles shall be centered in parking spaces.

5. No cars may be parked or left unattended in any driveway, fire lane or crosswalk.

6. Recreation activities of any sort in the parking areas or driveways accessing the public streets from the complex are prohibited.

7. Extensive mechanical repairs or maintenance shall not be performed on a vehicle on property.

8. Occupants may wash their cars in the car wash area only. Occupants shall clean the area thoroughly before leaving and replace the hose on the rack

9. Violators of parking regulations will be subject to having their cars towed at their expense. If violator is a tenant or guest of an owner, the owner or agent shall be held responsible for the payment of the towing charge.

MISCELLANEOUS

1. Windows and doors: If you occupy a ground floor unit, be sure to secure and lock your sliding glass door and jalousies at night or while you are away. Occupants of other floors are encouraged to do the same.

2. Fireworks: Shooting off fireworks on the property is prohibited

3. Geckos: Please enjoy the geckos but do not harass them.

VIOLATION OF RULES We hope and desire that all guests who stay here have a wonderful and enjoyable experience. For this reason, the above enumerated rules have been adopted. In that rare instance where these rules have been found to have been disobeyed, it is possible that the violation may result in an eviction.
