This welcoming space features 1 bedroom with a comfortable double bed and 1 bathroom. For additional guests, the living room includes a sofa bed, allowing the home to accommodate up to 3 guests in total.

• Pets are allowed
• Strict zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property; violations incur a minimum fee of 200 euros
• Municipal tourism tax of €3.00 per person/night (guests over 13, up to 7 nights) is applicable
• Late check-outs must be requested; unauthorized stays may incur a fee of 10% of the daily rate per hour
• For stays of 28+ nights, a €150 limit applies to water, electricity, and internet/TV costs
• Note: Construction noise may occur nearby between 8:00 and 19:00
