While the structured amenities list is minimal, the property provides essential features for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen and a convenient dining counter for morning coffee or quick meals. Guests can also enjoy the entertainment options of a TV and DVD player.

To ensure a smooth entry, guests are required to e-sign a rental agreement regarding terms and conditions before access is granted. Upon booking, an email address will be requested to share the guest portal containing detailed unit information.

To help you settle in, a basic starter pack is provided, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This is intended to cover the first day or two of your stay. Please be advised that coffee, spices, and other kitchen food items are not supplied.
