The main bedroom offers a king-size bed, a dedicated office area, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom contains two twin beds with an ensuite bathroom, which can be converted into a larger bed upon advance notice. For added convenience, a powder bathroom is located near the front entrance.

The home boasts an open floor plan where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly toward the lanai via pocket sliding glass doors. From the lanai, you can enjoy amazing ocean and golf course views. Because the owners reside here much of the year, the kitchen is well-stocked and fully equipped with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and rice cooker. For your comfort, the villa includes central air, ceiling fans, smart TVs, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

One of the most exceptional features of this property is the ability to walk to the Mauna Lani Private Beach Club. Guests can utilize chaise longs and cabanas at the club, while the protected bay provides ideal conditions for snorkeling and paddle-boarding. The lovely Napua Restaurant and Bar is also available for lunch or dinner.

• Cancellation Policy: For reservations made on or before March 5, 2026, a full refund (minus credit card fees) is available if cancelled more than 60 days before check-in. For reservations made on or after March 6, 2026, a full refund (minus credit card fees) is available if cancelled more than 30 days before check-in. Cancellations within these windows are non-refundable.
