For downtime, the living area provides plenty of seating and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV equipped with a DVD player.

Outdoor living is a primary focus of this property. Guests can enjoy a private pool and an adjacent whirlpool spa. Between Labor Day and Memorial Day, optional gas heating for the pool and spa is available for an additional fee of $200 per night. Please note that the pool and spa share the same heater; therefore, the pool must be heated for the spa to function. A minimum of seven days' notice is required to activate heat, and please be aware that if outside temperatures drop below 55 degrees, the water may not maintain a warmer temperature.

Located within the prestigious Sea Pines Plantation, this home puts you in the center of everything. You are less than a mile from the beach and within two miles of world-class golf, restaurants, and the South Beach Racquet Club. Exploration is easy with the Green Line Beach Trolley route located less than half a mile away, or you can take peaceful walks through the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, Compass Rose Park, and the Oscar Frazier Fitness Trail.

• Trailers, motor homes, motorcycles, RVs, and rooftop cargo (such as kayaks or canoes) are prohibited, with the exception of car top carriers
• The fireplace is not for guest use
