The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across levels: the main floor hosts a master suite with a king bed and a private bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub, alongside a second bedroom equipped with a pullout couch and its own private bathroom. The top level provides a second king master suite with a private bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a fifth bedroom containing two twin beds. Two of the upper bedrooms and the main floor master all enjoy direct deck access.

Living spaces are designed for relaxation and entertainment. The main level boasts a large living and dining area with seating for 10, complemented by a fully stocked kitchen with a large island that seats an additional four guests. For recreation, the ground level includes a large garage featuring a ping pong and foosball table, while the second bedroom is equipped with PlayStation 4 and Xbox One systems. Outside, guests can relax on the large covered deck with rockers and a porch swing, or utilize the outdoor bar and outdoor shower.
