HOUSE RULES

By making a reservation, you are agreeing to follow these HOUSE RULES:
- Please treat the House with Care and Respect, thanks.
- No Smoking inside or near the house
- No non-paying guests sleeping over
- No parties or events or gatherings.
- If it turns out that you had an unauthorized gathering with attendees who had not booked the home (max 9), then there will be a $500 fee for violating this house rule and disturbing the neighbors.
- This is a nice, residential neighborhood, and we greatly value harmony with our neighbors. Sound travels easily so please make sure to respect the Quiet Hours of 9pm - 8am.
- Please do not take things from the house.
- One Pet allowed upon request and payment of the Pet Fee. IMPORTANT: If you do bring your pet, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THEM ALONE & UNSUPERVISED IN THE HOUSE! As we have found the hard way that they will then bark non-stop and disturb the neighbors, as well as possibly do damage to the house when left unattended. So please do not plan on bringing them and then leaving them alone in the house while you go on excursions, etc.
