This spacious villa is designed for comfort and flexibility, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the first bedroom and two Queen beds in the second bedroom, supplemented by a pull-out sofa bed in the living area. The primary bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom provides a relaxing tub. For your convenience, the villa includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator (featuring a freezer and ice maker), microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and all necessary dishware and serving utensils. Additional room details include a dining table, a private patio or balcony, an in-room safe, and a washer and dryer.

Practical Information: Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests must be 21+ years old to check in and provide a valid credit card for a refundable damage deposit. Please note that family pets are not permitted, though service animals are welcome. Be advised that the Hawaii Electric Company may implement periodic power outages (PSPS) to prevent wildfires, which could last one to three days; guests are encouraged to bring necessary items for such events. Additionally, a state occupancy tax ranging from $10 to $27 per night is payable at check-out. As you are renting directly from a timeshare owner, you may be asked to watch a timeshare presentation, though this is entirely optional.
