While the property offers the allure of a resort, please be aware that the Alexander Towers Condominium is currently undergoing a significant concrete and balcony renewal project. Because of this, the apartment is available at a discounted rate. Guests should expect construction noise from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (though times may vary), and there may be dust or construction debris in the surrounding area. Additionally, windows cannot be opened during the construction period. If you plan to spend your days exploring the city, this is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a high-end location at an affordable price.

Practical details include free parking located across the street. Please note that a one-time fee of $25 per person is required to purchase facilities bracelets. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are not permitted at this property. Guests should also be mindful that the pool may be closed periodically due to the ongoing construction work.
