This level includes one king bedroom with terrace access and a private en-suite, alongside a queen-over-king bunk room with its own en-suite.
The third floor is a haven of luxury, housing two exceptional king master suites with pristine beach views and sliding glass doors opening to the top balcony. This level also provides another king bedroom with a private en-suite, a queen-over-king bunk room with a private en-suite, and a custom bunk nook featuring a full/twin/twin set. For entertainment, a dedicated media room with a flat-screen TV and two twin sleeper chairs is also located here.
The first floor offers additional convenience with a sitting room, kitchenette, refrigerator, and half bath, leading out to a spacious back deck perfect for sunbathing and grilling.

Practical Information: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not permitted on the premises. Smoking and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited throughout the property, including all outdoor decks and balconies. The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age. A 7-night minimum stay is required during peak season (May 29, 2027 – July 31, 2027). A signed lease agreement and valid credit card are required within 72 hours of booking. Event planning at this property requires an additional fee.

Check-in begins at 4 pm CST. If you select the early check-in option please note there will be an additional fee due to Holiday Beach Rentals before arrival. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and the fee will not be charged if unable to check-in early.
Additional documents will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation including a vacation rental lease agreement that must be signed within 72 hours of booking. If the rental agreement is not signed within 72 hours we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and forfeit all funds. Please note there is a strict no pet policy and strict no smoking policy in or on the premises. You MUST be 25 years or older to rent this home. The rental agreement will include a full comprehensive list of all rules and policies.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a $250 non-declared pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
Age Requirements: The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All of Holiday Beach Rental�s vacation homes are family accommodations absent exceptions being explicitly granted by Management. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Management�s website(s) is current and accurate. Availability and rates are live and subject to change. Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice. Very rarely the system will quote a stay improperly. Management holds the right to correct the improper booking. Management will contact the Guest within 24 hours of booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel the reservation for a full refund. Rate changes will not be applied to active bookings.
