This expansive retreat features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms, providing a comfortable haven for up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully configured to accommodate various group needs: two bedrooms feature king beds that can be converted into two twin XL beds each, one bedroom offers two bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top), one bedroom contains a queen bed with a full trundle pull-out, and the final bedroom features a full-size bed.

The heart of the home is a thoughtfully designed open-concept living area, boasting a large sectional sofa and open floor space perfect for journaling, stretching, group circles, or games. The full kitchen is centered around a handcrafted monkey pod table that seats 10, creating a wonderful space for long conversations and shared meals. While the home does not have air conditioning, it stays naturally cool due to its 3,000 ft elevation, typically remaining 10–12 degrees cooler than the coastline. For those crisp early mornings, a wood-burning fireplace and space heaters provide quick warmth.

Guests have full private access to the home and its immediate surrounding outdoor areas. As part of the experience, all stays include a private guided Sanctuary tour to explore the ecology and sacredness of this protected environment. Additional on-site experiences include yoga and sound baths. An outdoor pavilion for up to 10 people is also available upon request for group gatherings.

Located just 12 minutes from Kona Airport, the property is surrounded by natural beauty. Guests can explore six miles of nearby hiking trails or take a morning walk to Mountain Thunder Coffee for a fresh brew and coffee tours.
