The garage door opens manually. A larger water heater installation is currently in progress. This is a smoke-free and party-free environment with a strict no-shoes indoor policy. Due to Hawaii's tropical climate, occasional small critters may be encountered despite regular professional pest control services. Local frogs can be quite vocal at night.
