Perched at a comfortable 1,600-foot elevation, the property enjoys an ideal climate with daytime temperatures of 64-77°F and cool nights ranging from 55-66°F. This is a hosted rental where owners live on-property and are available to assist guests. Please note this is a working farm where you may encounter farm animals and staff maintaining the bioreserve. All outdoor spaces including the waterfall are shared, though you'll often have them to yourself. The property is 100% smoke-free with smoking strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
