The master suite features a king bed, while the guest bedroom offers a twin and a queen bed. For additional guests, a queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The interior is beautifully decorated and boasts a new kitchen completed in 2019 with updated appliances, fixtures, counters, and flooring, complemented by fresh flooring in the living and dining areas installed in 2022.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that check-in takes place at an off-site office. Guests are limited to one guaranteed parking space per unit; commercial trucks, trailers, boats, and motorcycles are prohibited on property grounds. A security authorization hold of $1,000 is required at check-in. For stays between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years or older and present for the duration of the stay.
