Parking is limited to one vehicle per apartment in any unnumbered space on the left side of the building; additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. All guests must be registered prior to arrival for security purposes. Please note that the HOA limits onsite amenity use to 7 guests at a time. To ensure a seamless stay, guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification.

Additional House Rules:

• Smoking, candles, incense, and heavy cooking smoke are prohibited due to the smoke-sensitive fire system.
• No dogs or eating/glass containers are permitted in the pool area.
• BBQ grill use is subject to availability and advance reservation.
• Mid-stay cleaning for stays over 3 days is available for an extra fee.
