The property features a versatile layout across two buildings to accommodate up to seven guests. The main house is centered around a large open floor plan encompassing the kitchen, dining, and living areas, where a TV provides entertainment and a futon offers flexible sleeping options. Within the main house, you will find a bedroom with a Queen bed featuring convenient deck access, as well as a second bedroom with a bunk bed and an adjacent half bath. A full bathroom with a shower stall serves the primary living space.

Adding to the property's unique appeal is the detached barn. The first floor is dedicated to a fun game room and houses the washer and dryer, while an interior stairway leads to the second-story bedroom. This upper-level retreat is furnished with three twin beds and includes its own half bath. Please note that the game room is not equipped with heating or air conditioning.

Outdoor living is a priority here, with a spacious screened porch featuring dining tables and seating, accessed via elegant French doors. Guests can also enjoy the balcony-style deck, a fish bench, a park-style charcoal grill, and the signature second-story open-air cupola for breathtaking views.
