Violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. FLUSHABLE WIPES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE FLUSHED INSIDE THE HOME. ALL WIPES MUST BE DISCARED IN THE TRASH ONLY. VIOLATION OF THIS THAT RESULTS IN A PLUMBING REPAIR WILL HAVE A FINE OF $500 PLUS THE COSTS OF THE PLUMBING REPAIR. WIPES ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED No parties, events, gathering or outside visitors at the property. Unapproved gatherings, events, or parties will result in immediate eviction without a refund of any sort and/or police enforcement and criminal charges. Tampering with or disabling any property systems or equipment is strictly prohibited. This includes thermostats, WiFi/internet equipment, modems, routers, smart home devices, and all exterior security cameras. Guests may not unplug, cover, disconnect, reset, relocate, or otherwise interfere with these systems at any time. Any tampering or unauthorized modifications may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund if not remedied immediately upon notice.
