To the rear of the apartment, you will find the second bedroom and a bathroom equipped with both a bath and shower. For additional flexibility, a handy single bed is tucked behind sliding doors, providing an ideal separate space for a teen or a friend.

Designed to invite the outdoors in, the apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the interior with natural light. The spacious living area flows seamlessly onto a balcony equipped with seating and a BBQ, creating a great place to sit and watch the world go by. For those who prefer dining in, the modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation. Check-in is at 3:00 PM via a lockbox at the home office (located within 10 minutes of the property), and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that the primary guest must be over 25 years old. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited. This is a quiet residence; parties and events are strictly forbidden, with quiet hours observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
