The bathrooms are newly tiled, with one featuring a bathtub and two offering walk-in showers.

Step outside to the large wrap-around lanai to take in stunning views of the ocean, or enjoy the modern comforts inside, including a mini-split AC system and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room. The full kitchen comes complete with brand new cabinets, a new range, dishwasher, and refrigerator, with service for eight guests. For added convenience, a full-sized washer and dryer are available within the unit.
