Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please be aware that this is a walk-up building with no elevators. The minimum age to book is 21, and the property is non-smoking, non-ADA compliant, and does not allow pets. Guests must agree to the Kona Coast Vacations Rental Policies at the time of booking. Please note that complex wood repairs and painting are scheduled to begin May 15th, 2026, for approximately 10-12 weeks. As this is a tropical environment, guests should be aware that local pests like geckos and ants may occasionally enter the home.
