The farmhouse is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 4 guests. The sleeping quarters include two bedrooms: one featuring a comfortable double bed and the second equipped with two single beds. A well-appointed bathroom with a shower serves the home. The interior layout flows from a cosy living area into the kitchen, which opens into a separate dining room, creating a warm and welcoming environment for relaxing and sharing meals.

The exterior of the property is where the home's special charm truly shines. The lovingly planted outdoor area is adorned with climbing vines that provide pleasant shade, while a private pool offers welcome refreshment during the warmer months. Guests can soak in the absolute tranquillity from the sun terrace or enjoy sociable evenings under the open sky at the private barbecue area with its own dedicated dining space.

Situated approximately 2 km outside of Santanyí towards Cas Concos, the finca is sheltered yet convenient, located just a 5-minute drive from the charming town of Santanyí. The town is a delightful destination featuring boutiques, restaurants, and supermarkets. Visitors can also experience the local culture at the town centre market, held twice weekly, to purchase handcrafted souvenirs and fresh regional produce. For those who enjoy the outdoors, the surrounding less-travelled roads are excellent for walks, including a scenic 3 km hike leading to the Consolación Monastery in Alquería Blanca.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.
• Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
• Pets: A small dog is permitted for an additional fee of €80 per stay.
• Seasonal Services: Air conditioning (available 01/06 to 30/09) costs €15 per day. Central oil heating (available 01/11 to 30/04) costs €20 per day. Both are settled directly with the owner.
• Additional Details: A refundable deposit is required by the agency. Guests are responsible for the local tourist tax per official Mallorca regulations.
