Welcome to the Nashville Game House Retreat, where there is plenty of space and fun for the whole group! This renovated two-story home in La Vergne serves as the perfect home away from home for those seeking a blend of relaxation and high-energy entertainment.

Designed to accommodate large gatherings, the layout features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 full bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of up to 14 people. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to ensure comfort and privacy: you will find two king bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), one queen bedroom, and a bunk room featuring double bunk beds with twins on top and fulls on the bottom. For additional flexibility, the upstairs master bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet with an extra twin bed and frame.

Entertainment is at the heart of this property. Guests can enjoy two cozy living spaces, two dining areas, and two kitchens (including a convenient kitchenette). The excitement extends to a separate game room in the outbuilding, featuring arcade games, foosball, and darts. For the musically inclined, the dedicated music jam corner is equipped with a weighted keyboard, guitar, mics, a karaoke machine, speakers, and even a composition notebook for songwriting with friends.

Outdoor living is just as inviting, with a large deck perfect for morning coffee or evening meals, a grill with propane ready for use, and a firepit for roasting smores. The property is highly kid-friendly, providing a high chair, pack n' play, kid-specific cups and utensils, and a fenced-in outdoor area.

Located in La Vergne, Tennessee, the retreat is ideally situated just 5 minutes from popular dining spots like First Watch, Andy's Frozen Custard, and Dutch Bros Coffee. The vibrant energy of Broadway is only 24 minutes away, and the Nashville International Airport is a quick 23-minute drive.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Regarding cancellations: a 100% refund is available if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival; a 50% refund is available if cancelled more than 14 days prior. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation date.
