Reservation Information To ensure a smooth arrival, please note: The primary reservation holder must be at least 18 years old for stays in Mexico and 21 years old for stays in the United States and Canada, in accordance with local regulations and property policies.

All guests staying at the property must be registered prior to arrival. A valid government-issued ID may be requested before check-in. Guests are required to review and accept the Rental Agreement and House Rules prior to arrival.

Enjoy Your Stay Our homes are designed to provide a comfortable experience for both our guests and neighboring residents. We kindly ask that everyone helps us maintain a welcoming environment by: Respecting quiet hours and neighboring homes. Allowing only registered guests to access and stay at the property. Refraining from smoking inside the home. Leaving the home in good condition by placing trash in the designated bins and starting the dishwasher before departure. Need a little extra flexibility? If your travel plans change, our Guest Experience Team will gladly assist with early check-in or late check-out requests whenever availability allows.

Thoughtfully Equipped Every Naya Homes property is professionally cleaned and prepared before your arrival and includes: Fresh hotel-quality linens Bath towels for all registered guests A fully equipped kitchen with cookware and everyday essentials Complimentary high-speed WiFi (where available) Starter supplies, including: Toiletries Toilet paper Trash bags Dish soap Basic cleaning supplies

For extended stays, guests may wish to purchase additional household supplies. Specialty appliances, coffee, spices, pantry items, and other extras may vary by property.
