Discover your tropical paradise at Villa Tres Vistas, a stunning luxury oceanview retreat nestled between the charming towns of Dominical and Manuel Antonio in Savegre, Provincia de Puntarenas. Few homes in the area can capture all of these iconic landmarks from a single location.

Designed for sophistication and serenity, the villa features a minimalistic architectural style with high ceilings and wide-open windows and doors that blend the interior with the lush surroundings. The layout consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the third offers a queen-size bed. Each bedroom is equipped with A/C and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. For an added touch of luxury, the Owner's Suite includes its own private Jacuzzi hot tub. The spacious living areas are also air-conditioned and complemented by ceiling fans throughout the home.

The heart of the home is a large, open-concept kitchen, living room, and dining area, all masterfully designed to provide a sense of freedom and commodity. Step outside to a beautiful salt-water swimming pool with a waterfall feature overlooking the ocean. The outdoor living space is expansive, featuring daybeds, outside sofas, and a gas grill. For a truly unique evening experience, the outdoor fireplace area creates a contrast of fire-and-water, with the glowing flames reflecting off the pool—the perfect ambiance for an end-of-the-day cocktail.

Located in the heart of the jungle, the villa provides abundant opportunities for birdwatching and wildlife encounters, such as watching monkeys swing through the trees. Guests are just a short 15-minute trip from Playa Matapalo and Playa Linda.
