To maintain the property's condition, there is a strict no smoking and no pets policy (including cats, zebras, and livestock); violations result in a $300 fine. Firearms are strictly prohibited on the property, also subject to a $300 fine. Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors with quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. For safety, external security cameras and a Ring doorbell are present, and NoiseAware technology is used to monitor volume levels. A damage waiver for unintentional interior damage up to $1,000 is included in the cleaning fee.
