Located within the beautiful Humber Valley Resort, the property is situated in a picturesque landscape. The resort is organized around a main loop of approximately 7 km, consisting of Lakeside Drive and Mountain View. Because the resort is expansive and there is no public transportation, a vehicle is highly suggested for traveling around the grounds and is essential for visiting nearby towns and cities, including Pasadena, Deer Lake, and Corner Brook.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all, please note the following practical information and house rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• No shoes, smoking, or pets are permitted inside the house
• Guests are expected to respect the chalet and property at all times, leaving the space in a tidy state with all garbage and recyclables placed in the designated area
• Guest access includes the entire chalet, excluding two locked storage rooms on the lower level

Hot tub pricing is subject to HST and must be rented for the duration of the stay. The cost includes a $140 setup fee (which covers the first day) and $20 for each additional night.
