The residence is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and four bathrooms, featuring five beds. The home is built as a split-level layout with upper and lower living quarters, providing flexibility for multi-generational families. On the entrance level raised ground floor, you will find one ensuite double bedroom and a further bedroom with a bathroom adjacent. The lower garden level houses three additional bedrooms: one double with an ensuite shower room, and a double and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom. Please note that the two floors are not connected internally and must be accessed via external doorways. For bookings of 12 people, a pop-up bed will be provided for the 12th guest.

Inside, the interiors are contemporary, bright, and full of style, featuring coastal-themed décor, pastel-painted walls, and wooden furnishings. The villa includes two separate living areas with crème-coloured sofas, brick fireplaces, and flatscreen TVs, alongside two fully equipped, homely kitchens with sleek pine cabinetry and ample worktop space.

Much of the magic happens outdoors on the dreamy patio terrace. The glistening pool sits on a raised terrace that feels like an extension of the hypnotic seascape below, complemented by cushioned sunbeds and a day bed. A small private footpath leads directly down to a sublime stretch of rocky shoreline. Guests can enjoy feasts at the outdoor dining table or use the barbecue area to grill fresh seafood and vegetables picked from the on-site vegetable garden.

Located just a short drive from the sandy beaches of Ammes and Eglina, as well as the glorious sandy beach at Megali Ammos, the villa is perfectly positioned for coastal exploration. The village of Minies is approximately 8 minutes away by car, while the capital, Argostoli, with its waterfront, shops, and harbour atmosphere, is around 20 minutes away. For even larger gatherings, this property can be booked alongside its identical sister villa, Villa Alba Minies.
