Important Guest Information: Pet lovers can bring up to two friendly small to medium-sized dogs (no other animals permitted). A non-refundable pet fee of $55 per dog applies, and all dogs must be pre-approved before reservation and kept on leash while on property. The property maintains a strict no-smoking policy throughout the unit and grounds. Quiet hours are enforced between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and parties are prohibited. Air mattresses and Pack N Play cribs are available upon request during booking. This property operates under City of Phoenix Short Term Rental Operating Permit STR-2023-000269 and TPT #21295077, and cannot be used for purposes outlined in Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).
