House Rules:

• NO PARTIES: Please do not conduct any parties. We have the authority to cancel a reservation mid-stay without a refund due to a party in progress. This is a Hosted rental with an operator on site. Thank you kindly for understanding. Mahalo.

• ENFORCED QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9 PM - 8 AM HST: No loud noise outside these hours. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with the residential area.

• PEST CONTROL: Pest control comes once per month. If the Pest Control Service appointment lands during your reservation, we will notify you in advance because the technician will need to enter your rental to service. Regular Pest Control services is very common on all the islands. Mahalo

• LATE CHECKOUTS: Any unauthorized late check-out is subject to a late checkout fee of $200.

POOL SAFETY RULES: Assumption of Risk - Release of Liability & Indemnification Agreement: You are responsible for the safety of yourself, your children (if any), and all guests in your group. Guest acknowledges that the safety of all adults and children depends on the Guest. The Vacation Rental Home’s pool is not fenced or gated and there is no alarm on any door to the pool area. Your attentive supervision is absolutely required to avoid risk of serious injury and/or death. Pools and spas are serious safety risks and hazards including injury and death if not used with attentive care and caution.

By signing this Agreement, you are aware of and assume the risk for yourself, any children, and for all guests or invitees during your stay at the Vacation Rental Home. The Vacation Rental Home is not responsible for any accidents caused by Guest and all individuals in Guest s party. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Vacation Rental Home from any and all liability resulting from harm or injury caused by Guest and all individuals in Guests’ party using the Vacation Rental Homes’ pool and/or spa and equipment.

You hereby agree and accept the pool and spa contain necessary chemicals that can cause skin rashes, harm or discoloration of swimwear. Guest and all individuals in Guests' party including guests and invitees agree they use the pool and spa completely at their own risk.

POOL AND SPA RULES - There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty at any time. There is absolutely NO diving allowed. (Diving into shallow water can cause serious injury, paralysis or even death.) There is also NO running near or around the pool or spa areas. Please avoid immersion in the spa for prolonged periods of time. *NOTE: There is to be NO Glassware allowed in or near the pool and spa.

CHILD SAFETY - Never leave a child unsupervised near a pool, not even for a second. During social gatherings at or near the pool, appoint a designated adult to protect young children from pool accidents. Children must be watched closely while swimming. Do not use floatation devices as a substitute for supervision. Toys can entice young children into the pool area. When not in use, clear the pool area of all toys.

ALCOHOL USE IN POOL - Consuming alcoholic beverages and/or drugs and use of the pool can be dangerous and cause serious health risks. Also, excessive drinking in or near the pool and/or spa may result in behavior that may cause serious physical accidents. I hereby confirm that:

I agree to NEVER leave a child or teenager unattended on the property. I understand that there is NO safety fence/gate surrounding the pool. I understand that all children and teenagers in my party, regardless of swimming ability, should be supervised at all times by an adult that can swim. I understand that the doors of the house that open to the pool area must be kept locked at all times. I understand that running or jumping around the pool area is NOT permitted. I understand that there are no glass items allowed in or near the pool. I agree to not allow any member of my group to jump into the pool from any of the balcony areas. I agree to ensure that all children that are not fully potty-trained wear swim diapers. I understand that maintenance of the pool will be carried out prior to your check-in. The pool may be maintained as required during your stay.

By booking, I agree to all terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Rules and Pool Safety Rules.

FRIENDLY REMINDER: Enforced Quiet Hours are from 9 PM - 8 AM. Absolutely No Parties or loud "party" noise after 9 PM. We will only give 1 warning to lower any noise. We have the authority to cancel your reservation mid-stay without a refund if there is a party and or if loud noise persists. Sound travels very easily throughout the property and to our neighbors. Please help us be respectful and mindful of the other guests staying on the property and the surrounding neighbors.
