- Trash collection day is once a week. Please place the trash in the trash chutes located next to the elevators.

- The pool is open from 8:00AM to 8:00PM. Please adhere to these hours for the safety and consideration of all guests and management.
- No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Please use plastic or other non-breakable containers.
- Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. Shower before entering the pool to help maintain water quality.
1. Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
- If playing music or watching TV outside, please use headphones or keep the volume at a level that does not disturb neighbors.

- Park only in designated areas. Do not block driveways or park on the grass.
- Additional parking information: Free parking on the premises and free street parking.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vacation home. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts in designated containers and be mindful of others.
