Inside, the steading has been sympathetically converted to offer a modern open-plan living space that retains the unique and original characteristics of its stone-built fabric. The expansive living, dining, and kitchen area serves as the perfect hub for entertaining, with a large dining area capable of seating up to 8 guests. For cozy evenings, guests can retreat to the lounge area and relax by the traditional wood-burning stove with a dram of whisky.

Additional room-specific features include a versatile bike store that also serves as a games room with a ping pong table and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, both accessible from the courtyard.

The outdoor spaces are designed to be enjoyed all year round. The front courtyard is a sun-trap in the summer and a playful snow-ball fight court in winter.
