Sleeping arrangements are distributed across two levels for maximum privacy: the main floor hosts two bedrooms each featuring a queen size bed, while the second floor provides three additional bedrooms, each also equipped with a queen size bed.

Inside, you will find comfortable furniture and a beautiful, unique sun room perfect for relaxing. The heart of the home is the beautifully renovated kitchen (updated in 2021), which comes fully stocked for your culinary needs. To ensure a pleasant stay regardless of the weather, the home is equipped with AC. Step outside to the outdoor deck, where you can breathe in the strong ocean breeze while enjoying your morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Location is everything, and this home puts you in close proximity to Roger Wheeler Beach. By utilizing the shortcut on Southwest Rd that connects to Oak Ave, guests can enjoy a short walk to this family-friendly destination. Please note that while walk-on entry to the beach is free, parking requires payment or a transferable State Beach Pass.

To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats are delivered to your doorstep in a large linen bag, with each item individually packaged in plastic. Guests are responsible for making the beds as part of this transparency process. A selection of starter supplies is provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, a dishwasher pod, a laundry pod, trash bags, and hand soap; guests are kindly asked to bring any additional supplies needed for their stay.
