Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed, with two bedrooms on the ground floor each featuring a queen bed. Upstairs, a small open loft provides a cozy space equipped with a trundle day bed containing two twin mattresses.

Inside, you will find an intimate living room area that is a lovely place to spend evenings chatting with family or relaxing in front of the Smart TV. The dining room includes a table that seats six, while the kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker, along with plenty of pots, pans, and accessories. For coffee lovers, the home offers locally roasted beans from Gold Country Roasters and four ways to brew: an espresso machine, drip coffee, a French press, and a Keurig machine.

Nestled in Arnold, the cottage is ideally located for nature enthusiasts. Guests receive a pass for one car to enter Big Trees State Park for free. Seasonal access to the Big Trees Village recreation center and swimming pool is provided at no extra cost from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Nearby adventures include White Pines Lake, a 10-minute drive away, and Lake Alpine, located approximately 40 minutes away.

• Pets: Up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome for a flat $125 fee.
• Parking: Flat driveway accommodating 2-3 cars (plowed in winter).
• Requirements: A separate rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking; a $250 security deposit hold is required.
• Fees: EV charging is billed at $0.50/kWh. A $150 trash removal fee applies if overflow trash is left inside the cabin instead of in the provided bear box.
• Notes: Cell reception is limited; Verizon typically provides the best coverage. Winter visitors are strongly encouraged to use 4-wheel drive (AWD) vehicles or tire chains.
