This efficient studio layout features 1 bed and 1 bathroom, providing a comfortable retreat for 2 guests. At the center of the home is a Westin Heavenly king bed, engineered for deep, restorative sleep, complemented by a cozy queen sofa sleeper that allows the space to flex for an additional guest without feeling cramped. Soft linens throughout ensure a cozy atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

The interior blends warmth and practicality with real bamboo flooring and granite counters. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for real cooking, featuring a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, all anchored by a custom built-in breakfast bar. For relaxation, the living area includes a new 4K smart TV, a Blu-Ray player, and a Bluetooth speaker with USB charging. A dedicated workspace is available for those needing to check in remotely, while air conditioning is strategically placed below the window for a cool and restful experience.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The furnished tile lanai puts you front-row to the Pacific, making it a perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Guests have access to a gas BBQ grill steps away, as well as shared resort pools and an additional BBQ area located just across the street.

Located in a prime West Maui destination, you are minutes away from several stunning beaches. Explore Kahekili Beach Park (Airport Beach) for calm snorkeling and swimming, Honokowai Beach Park for its reef-protected waters and playground, or the sandy and rocky shoreline of Pohaku Park (S-Turns).

Practical details include self check-in via keypad and a washer and dryer located right in the unit. Please be aware that access to the studio requires climbing 17 steps, as there is no elevator. Paid parking is available off premises, and the unit comes with an assigned parking space in Stall #93. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, and the minimum age to book is 18. A cleaning fee applies to this rental.

GENERAL
1. "Quiet time". Please respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. At other times, please keep noise (voices, television, stereos) to a minimum so that it does not disturb your neighbors.
2. Pool (if available): Please abide by the posted pool hours. Proper swim attire is mandatory. Please shower off sand and salt water prior to entering the pool. Please do not enter the pool with suntan oil, ointments, hairpins or other small objects that could clog the filtration system and could result in the inconvenience of a pool 'shut down.' For the same reason, glass containers or bottles are not permitted in the pool or spa area. Please abide by the pool maximum occupancy. Smoking is not permitted around or near the pool or spa area.
3. Swimming: There is no life guard on duty; swimming is at your own risk. Please do not sit or stand on the spa wall as you could slip and injure yourself. Infants and those with limited swimming ability must be monitored by an adult. Individuals with medical problems and infants are not permitted in the spa. Please read and comply with the posted pool and spa rules
4. Guests: Vacationers are limited to two guests and must be accompanied by a registered adult vacationer when using the pool or spa. Overnight guests are not permitted.
5. Emergency: In case of an emergency, call the police, fire department or ambulance service by dialing 911. LAWN AREA
6. Lounge chairs: The lounge chairs cannot be reserved. Please do not take them to the beach or onto the pool deck.
7. Games: Games which may endanger others or interfere with the enjoyment of others are not permitted in the lawn area.
8. Animals/birds: To avoid rodents and other pests, please do not feed birds or other stray animals.
9. Flowers: The flowers are for the enjoyment of all, so please enjoy but do not pick them.
10. BBQ: Outdoor barbecuing is permitted only at the barbecue grills. WITHIN THE UNIT
11. Trash: Please bag all trash. First floor occupants: please dispose of bagged trash in the designated trash area.
12. Kitchen disposal: Pouring grease into the kitchen disposal creates plumbing problems. Please refrain from doing so; your cooperation is appreciated.
13. Lanai: Towels, bathing suits or other items may not be hung from the lanai railings, nor are items to be dropped from the lanai. With the exception of small candles no open flames are permitted on the lanais.
14. Noise: Shouting or yelling from the lanai is a disturbance to others and is not permitted. PARKING LOT
15. Parking: Please, park between the stall lines and do not back into a parking stall.
16. Number of stalls: One bedroom units are allowed one parking stall and two bedroom units are allowed two parking stalls. Guest parking is permitted only if there are sufficient parking stalls for all owners and occupants.
17. Motorcycles: Motorcycles are not permitted on the property.
18. Towing: Cars in violation of the rules will be towed at the expense of the authorized driver of the vehicle. MISCELLANEOUS
19. Windows and doors: If you occupy a ground floor unit, be sure to secure and lock your sliding glass door and jalousies at night or while you are away. Occupants of other floors are encouraged to do the same.
20. Fireworks: Shooting off fireworks on the property is prohibited
21. Geckos: Please enjoy the geckos but do not harass them. VIOLATION OF RULES We hope and desire that all guests who stay here have a wonderful and enjoyable experience. For this reason, the above enumerated rules have been adopted. In that rare instance where these rules have been found to have been disobeyed, it is possible that the violation may result in an eviction.
