The home includes 2 bathrooms, consisting of a full bathroom on the main level with a shower/tub combination and a convenient half bathroom located upstairs near the living area.

While the structured amenities are limited, the residence is thoughtfully equipped to ensure a seamless stay. The living area invites you to unwind on a plush sofa or enjoy a movie night on a 55" Smart TV while soaking in panoramic mountain views. For those who love to cook, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, alongside a coffee maker with complimentary coffee, a toaster, and a kettle. The property is located near the highway, which may result in some road noise, and as it is in a new community, some nearby construction may be ongoing. Pets are not allowed. Keyless entry is provided for a breeze of a check-in, and two covered parking spaces are available with a 6'1" clearance. No late luggage drop-offs are permitted after checkout.
