The sleeping arrangements include three king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two single beds, which is ideal for children. For added convenience and a stress-free stay, the property includes three toilets throughout.

Inside, you will find a light-filled, open-plan living space where a fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the lounge and dining areas. The dining table comfortably seats eight, supplemented by additional bar stools at the breakfast bar for shared meals. For entertainment, a separate theater room provides the perfect setting for movie nights and conveniently opens directly to the outdoor BBQ space.

The outdoor experience is designed to capture the coastal vibe, featuring a private pool with a sun-drenched entertaining area, a BBQ and Weber for cozy evenings, and a lovely grassed space perfect for kids to play. Additional interior comforts include ducted central air conditioning throughout and basic weights located in the garage.

• Parking: Maximum 4 vehicles onsite (2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway); no extra vehicles permitted

• Noise & Security: Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. The property is equipped with noise monitors and external surveillance cameras at entrances for security
• Restrictions: Strictly no parties, events, or schoolies. Violation will result in eviction without refund
• Smoking: No smoking permitted
